# Communicatie met klant

Wanneer de klant zijn bestelling plaatst, krijg je een mail met de details en verschijnt er een blokje in de bestel app. Op dat ogenblik krijgt de klant ook een bevestigingsmail met de details van de bestelling en het tijdstip waarop zijn bestelling zal klaarstaan. Deze bevestiging bevat ook de vermelding of de bestelling al dan niet online is betaald en deze mail is ook voor een stuk zijn ‘bewijs’ van bestelling en betaling die hij eventueel kan tonen op zijn smartphone in je zaak.

Wanneer je aan de bestelling begint en via de knop ‘begin aan de bestelling’ het blokje onder de balk plaatst en in een groene kleur verandert, krijgt de klant op dat ogenblik opnieuw een mail met de verwittiging dat je aan de bestelling begint en dat hij binnen X minuten zal klaarstaan.
