# Exporteren en importeren

## Exporteren

Om je producten te exporteren te exporteren klik je op de knop **exporteer.** Na enkele seconden krijg je een bestand op je computer met de nodige gegevens van uw shop.

Je kan dit bestand gebruiken om een nieuwe shop in te richten met identiek dezelfde [categorieen](/beheer-uw-webshop/productbeheer/nieuwe-categorie.md#categorie-aanmaken), [producten](/beheer-uw-webshop/productbeheer/nieuw-product.md) en [variaties / variatiegroepen](/beheer-uw-webshop/productbeheer/productvariaties-en-variatiegroepen.md).

## Importeren

Als je een bestand wilt importeren kan je op de knop **importeer** klikken, en een bestand uploaden van de volgende types:

* .json
* .csv

Je kan een bestand kiezen door op de knop te klikken, of je kan een bestand naar het vak slepen.

Opgelet! Wanneer je een bestand gaat importeren zal dit al uw huidige producten overschrijven. Gebruik deze functie dus met aandacht.

### CSV Bestandsformaat

CSV is een bestandsformaat dat vanuit programma's zoals **excel** of **numbers** kan worden aangemaakt. In het CSV bestand zijn volgende kolommen mogelijk:

| category | price | reference   |
| -------- | ----- | ----------- |
| Frieten  | 3.0   | Grote friet |
| Snacks   | 1.5   | Frikandel   |
| ...      |       |             |
